Today we’ll talk about a new 2025 effect, the so-called "Valley," which involves fraudulent actions not only by babushkas like Lariska but also, in fact, by the courts themselves in this country. I think the essence of this phenomenon is obvious: a woman close to the Kremlin, a member of United Russia with the right connections, simply "adjusted" the system to her own benefit—namely, "resolved" a matter in her favor. We all know how things are resolved in this country, mainly by paying cash (for example, MTS sells data, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs plans to officially sell citizens’ data, even ratting out their own people for cash). But despite the fact that everyone, including Valley herself, understands that this stinks to high heaven, they still try to sell people the idea that it’s perfectly normal to rob a buyer of both their money and their home, regardless of their investments and with no relation to fraudsters whatsoever! However, today we’ve gathered not just for this reason, but to talk about judges, who issue such "decisions"!
Judicial System of the Russian Federation
As for the courts in this country, everyone has long known that decisions are made mostly through the ass (for example, former judge Olga Vladimirovna Soshnina from the Vsevolozhsk City Court, and in general, regarding the Leningrad Region, it’s pure corruption and lawlessness!), no one in power gives a damn about reviews on Yandex Maps or, even more so, Google Maps—everyone absolutely doesn’t give a shit, not even the chairmen of the Vsevolozhsk Court, for example, who don’t even have this organ between their legs—neither men nor women (it’s hard to call these scumbag officials men or women).
Let’s get back to the Valley effect: even Burger King (honor and praise to them) has canceled deliveries to the home where the fraudster with her accomplices in court reside, and Lurye (the buyer, in case anyone still doesn’t know) can only hope for justice from a judicial system where the initial data is as follows:
- a female artist sells a house and, under the influence of fraudsters, returns the house to herself, leaving the bona fide buyer with nothing.
- the court, taking Valley’s side, simply returned the house to the person who, according to the documents, had already sold it!
As a result, we get a system where it’s simply dangerous to buy and sell apartments, because some judge decided that since it’s Valley, you can deviate from a proper judicial decision and just outright award the apartment back to the person who already screwed it up by giving it to fraudsters in the form of money.
Belated Apologies
Valley managed to accuse the buyer of being a fool, but fools should have been checked for sanity... Also, "BezDolina" offered some kind of apology, but it’s clear to everyone why this was done—to whitewash her tarnished reputation and the reputation of the judges who illegally deprived Lurye of property rights. But, unfortunately for them, they miscalculated, because if you first run to court proving to everyone that you were insane, and then apologize only months later while continuing to perform at concerts, the fact that you’re full of shit is obvious to everyone! The phrase "I walked into the wrong door" won’t work here...
Who Is to Blame for All This?
You don’t need a fortune teller to figure this out—Valley! BUT, the judges bear greater responsibility for what happened, as they are even promoted for this bacchanal! It’s the judges who make the final decision on who gets the apartment, and they award property back to people deemed insane, who then put it up for sale again. Where is the guarantee for the next buyer that the judges won’t "clean them out" just like the first one? This is a rhetorical question, as you understand!
