Decided to write a post about the stupid (not just dumb, but truly stupid) head of the IT department at LLC "Multidom Trading", whose name is Zagorkh...y Paniel. He has a little... under his command who licks his balls (as he himself admitted) by the name of Arevshutyan Keborg. What unites these people — read on...
So, a company of Moscow caliber LLC "Multidom Trading" hired a "serious" person with minimal abilities, pulled out of the ass of geography, where he is from (the surname speaks for itself).
Doesn’t know Russian, hires employees with the same level of Russian, a non-professional from the roots of their hair to any acceptable level of adequacy.

Gets confused with meanings, for example, snippets (which is at least strange for a web programmer), does his work through his ass, for example, feedback forms that generate almost no leads, doesn’t know Russian at all (though this is not surprising for a thick-skulled little...).
These two idiots can’t do anything, and it’s easy to prove — just look at the multidom.su website and you’ll understand everything: an engine from a century ago that only they and a couple of idiots in Russia use; banners are made on the knee or something else, it’s hard to tell; the company’s lawyers approve contextual advertising campaigns with a serious face, mind you, for the possibility of sanctions from the government!!! (I was seriously told that there’s a chance of a ban or fine for a word mentioned in an ad... And this despite the fact that even the most recent idiot making this type of advertising would understand that it’s complete nonsense!). Moving on: if you look at the resource, you’ll notice that it’s impossible to navigate, which means no one in the organization has any idea what usability is or, at the very least, how good design is done, how color schemes are chosen, fonts, etc. After all, the main thing is to... jerk off about how cool they are, but it looks, to put it mildly, ridiculous! No need to explain much here: go to the website, and if you feel like leaving your contact details or buying something, then you’re one in a thousand, congratulations! The first is the head of the IT department, and the second, his ass-kisser, is the webmaster. If you look at the site, you can see the utter crap they’ve created with the naked eye:
As seen in the screenshot, the webmaster can only speed up the site, everything else is just not his concern... because the promotions he made and the feedback forms are complete shit that only works in the toilet in the center of Moscow on Tverskaya!
I’d especially like to emphasize the "convenience" "in.con.venience" of using the project: you go to the site and... ni...h, I don’t understand where to click — either on the constantly changing pictures (slider) or on the design by some important and famous people and products where neither the exact characteristics of the material they’re made from are clearly specified (because it’s pure Chinese crap), nor the details of shipping/returns/possibility to exchange one product for another (if we’re talking about something like bitubi and much more. If you look at the metrics, it’s all dead there: over several decades, the domain has mediocre indicators (and this despite the fact that money is constantly allocated to the site!).
As for the "puzomerok" (a made-up term for site metrics), the site was clearly handled by the department head, i.e., a complete... idiot, because in 11.5 years, Yandex Index = 160, and traffic at most 200 unique visitors from search, even though it’s said that people are... working on the site. And the head of the IT department himself, the ass-department head, claims to understand SEO promotion — it would be very funny if I hadn’t heard this 100 times from such shit as him...

In short, the ancient, shitty design was decided to be replaced with a modern one for the B2B segment, and this will take a very long time, you can start counting the time.
Main stupidities of the "understanding" head of the IT department:
- focusing on and keeping sites with duplicate content, allbiz and tiu;
- proving his stupid opinions to others without any factual basis;
- not knowing Russian, being unable to formulate tasks in the CRM he himself installed for employees;
- having lawyers help with contextual advertising;
- conducting all tests not based on marketing tasks, but on the stupid conclusions of the IT department head;
