I’ve been calling for days—problems with the line, she’s not in, the call “returns,” the line is “busy.” But today I got a HARD refusal to talk. The girl who connected me transferred me to Dumshenkova (I recognized her voice), I introduced myself, said I was a shareholder in the MV project... and then Dumshenkova HANG UP. I call back, the secretary (let’s call her the girl who transfers calls) doesn’t pick up AT ALL. I call again, a minute later the secretary answers and transfers me to Dumshenkova again—no contact. I call again, the secretary transfers me to Dumshenkova a third time, and this time the sales department answers???? I ask to be transferred to Dumshenkova, I SCREAM—wrong calls being transferred, I wait—no answer. Exhaling, I call again—THE DIRECTOR’S OFFICE DOESN’T ANSWER. And this isn’t the first time. So can you even have a conversation with Dumshenkova? There’s nothing to talk about with the sales department—they have no info, and where would they get it? I leave my phone number and contacts almost every time so they’ll call me back and talk to me personally. I’m a shareholder, I want to know how construction is going, why there are only 1.5 people on-site, why there’s no construction schedule, what’s happening with the glass and profile deliveries, etc... If anyone has Dumshenkova’s mobile number, “getting” it is already a matter of principle, unfortunately.
