Today, we will look at how to shop correctly in online stores for household appliances, as well as how not to fall for scammers and thieves, incompetent people, and simply avoid poor service. How to choose the right online store will be discussed in this material, which is designed to help many people and navigate the vast selection of online hypermarkets.

In one of my previous posts, I already wrote about the anti-rating of online stores. Today, however, I will write about good stores, those that have not yet "gotten dirty" or are taking the right steps to increase their rating and maintain a good reputation.
I will immediately make a small digression in which I want to highlight only the main selection parameters: these are affiliate programs, so information about the quality of services and products themselves depends on the specific city, delivery times, product quality, etc.
Let's start by looking at online stores for household appliances:
Technosila
I have purchased items from this online store only a couple of times, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the prices for many products are not as inflated as, say, at M.Video. As for discounts, things are also going very well here!

But be careful! Reviews are everything to us, so read them carefully and draw conclusions. Nevertheless, when buying something online, you should first of all trust not only reviews but also the characteristics of the store itself. For me, as an SEO specialist, these are TIC, domain age, and other factors.
You should also pay attention to resolving issues that arise, because you can't avoid them — this is a service industry, and people here are usually unfriendly and angry. :)

Conclusions:
You can shop at Technosila, but you should consider a few points: when choosing a discount, clarify exactly what it applies to, and also ask about product availability in stock, delivery times, and return options for items.

M.Video
This online store has long established itself both positively and, for some, negatively. We, however, will conduct a directly objective analysis.
Firstly, I would like to note the professionalism of the online version of the store — everything is conveniently arranged, described in detail, and everything is in its place, in other words, usability in action.
Secondly, the offline version of the store is far from ideal, and this raises the question of the professionalism of employees, delivery times and many other related factors when shopping online.
As a consumer, I can say that after buying several items in a row from them, I have never had to return anything due to product quality, which speaks for itself. In addition to this, in any online store, you can encounter poor-quality delivery service, incompetent employees, and so on.
As for reviews for this store, the number of negative ones exceeds 7% (with 1 star) + 3% (with 2 stars)! This is certainly discouraging, but if you look at the big picture, most online retailers have such indicators.
The only thing I really didn't like about this store is the specific prices of the products (they are almost all higher than those of other online stores)! Nevertheless, you can shop at M.Video because they offer good quality products, and that's the main thing!
Conclusions:
An online store should not only be technically well-made but also handle order processing competently, deliver goods on time, and much more. Discounts should not be included in the final cost of the products! Shop with M.Video, but ask about nuances such as return periods, delivery times, etc.
So, we have come to the most important question — how to make an online purchase correctly?
- Step 1. Choose several large online stores (see above) to search for products.
- Step 2. Look at reviews, both neutral (with 3-4 stars) and negative (reading positive ones is a waste of time).
- Step 3. Clarify the minimum and maximum prices in THESE online stores (don't fall for stores like "Seebe v Dom" and other low-quality outfits).
- Step 4. Once you've made your choice, add the desired items to your cart and never pay for goods via bank transfer — otherwise, you risk receiving poor-quality services (verified on many large online stores!).
- Step 5. When calling the store manager, ask him any questions you have about delivery times, payment options, etc. And, of course, about discounts!
I hope this post will be useful for grandmas and grandpas who are still afraid to order any services online. But keep in mind that there are plenty of scammers and swindlers even in large hypermarkets...
