Today we’ll deal with anti-advertising for a brand that, as far as I understand, is based in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region (Zextel). The phone number of this wonderful company, which bears no responsibility for anything, is +7(812) 4485323, but let’s take it step by step.

So, on July 6 I submitted an application to connect an intercom for this organization. After that, they called me and said they could connect it, BUT! ATTENTION! ONLY from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM! What do you think of that? Service at 0 points — clearly not higher!
I, of course, asked if it was possible to install it at another time, more convenient for me, to which I received the answer that NO! it’s like “your problems, we can’t adjust to every customer” — word for word! In the end, I agreed, even though it was completely inconvenient for me, since their office is already closed at that time, and what’s the point of waiting for technicians if they won’t show up, for example. And that’s exactly what happened — they didn’t even call, didn’t warn that they wouldn’t come that evening, so I wasted my time — here, have a free “excellent” review about yourself...
I called on Monday, since they were supposed to come on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday they’re closed. After that, the call center told me something like “sorry, we’ll come at another time...”. No comment!

Compared to Sberbank and their customer service, you can give it a solid five! In relation to their own and other customers — exactly 0, you could even give it a -1 if possible. Besides that, it’s not entirely clear why the residential complex “Kudrovo” recommends this company to its new residents, and what does an intercom have to do with it if they position themselves as an internet provider?
