As a player, you will have the opportunity to choose your side, whether you are a “Bull” fighting to restore order or a “Bear” determined to preserve the Occupy movement. With the Pyth Network reacting in real time to current market conditions and news, OWS is an ever-evolving world in which players must be quick-thinking and adaptable in order to succeed. The rate dynamics of a particular stock or cryptocurrency in the market directly affect the difficulty of missions in the respective zone, as well as the frequency of valuable NFTs, tokens, and scrap metal.
OWS offers two different modes: PvE and PvP. In PvE mode, players complete quests and missions based on real events to earn experience points and level up their characters. They can also defeat NPCs to earn NFTs and scrap for use in creating NFTs. In PvP mode, “bulls” and “bears” fight in fast-paced, action-packed battles, and tournaments offer cash prizes.
The free game comes in three categories: “no investment”, “with investment”, and “genesis”. No investment players can play PvP, but have limited access to the marketplace, while players with investment pay for a full experience. Genesis players receive a 20% bonus to rewards for tokens and exclusive NFT skills, which are dropped seasonally.
The OWS meta universe is divided into multiple “”Land Zones,”” each of which is associated with a popular stock or cryptocurrency. The performance of each stock or cryptocurrency affects the difficulty of missions and the level of NFT, scrap, and tokens dropped in the corresponding zone. In addition to missions, players can earn NFT in PvP battles and participate in the player-driven economy by buying, selling, and exchanging items and NFT in the marketplace. OWS uses a dual token model with two separate tokens, OWS and OWT. OWS is a control token used for stakes, rewards for monitoring in-game replays and PvP rewards.
